Smart Schools Initiative: In collaboration with NGOs, we have established one-room "Smart Schools" to provide education and digital literacy to non-school-going children, successfully enrolling a few hundred students in Lahore, Kasur, and Neelum Valley.
Employee Investment: We offer annual Computer Training and English Language courses for employees' children.

Efficiency & Innovation: We continuously optimize operations to minimize freshwater use through cutting-edge technologies.
Access for All: We guarantee clean drinking water and sanitation for our employees and extend this commitment to surrounding communities.
Replenishing Resources: In partnership with the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), we have developed rainwater harvesting injection wells to replenish groundwater. Due to the changing climate patterns and heavy monsoon rains in Pakistan even causing flooding, using rainwater to recharge the groundwater reserves is an important initiative. We have added more recharge wells in the year 2024-25.
Our Goal: To perpetually enhance water efficiency, reduce freshwater withdrawal, and contribute to the sustainable management of water resources.

Renewable Investment: Our solar power plant significantly reduces reliance on fossil fuels.
Energy Conservation: We invest in efficiency through waste heat recovery systems, proactive leak repairs, modern air compressors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Biomass Technology: The installation of biomass boilers provides a renewable energy source, further decreasing our carbon footprint. The company is currently weighing its options to further increase its use of biomass, a sustainable source.
